My role as mediator is to ensure a fair process that permits each party to participate in the result. I do this by ensuring that all relevant information is exchanged and heard, while providing both parties with the opportunity to vent their anger and frustrations.

I employ a variety of methods to achieve good results. I am extremely flexible in my scheduling and am available evenings and weekends to the client's convenience.

My goal is a successful outcome in the shortest possible time. As an intuitive neutral, I often am able to discover the underlying problem quickly and move toward a satisfactory conclusion.
