My Mediation Philosophy

Mediation is a cost effective alternative to litigating. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and economically without the expense and anxiety of a court trial.

I believe in encouraging the parties to invent their own solutions. I transmit all offers and demands while controlling the process by easing anxiety and establishing rapport to facilitate communication.

I take pride in my ability to assist the parties in solving disputes. My experience in the court is extremely valuable in this regard and my high success rate is evidence of this.
